SCC Week 4 Check In & Week 5 Goals

Why is exercise so hard?  I didn't lift a finger this week, not even the housewife workout.  Even though I showed a loss this week I have a long way to go to reach my long term goals.

This week I am going to explore Weight Watchers because I feel like I'm stuck in a Jenny Craig rut.  I'm also going to exercise at least twice and drink loads of water.

By drinking loads of water I will be cutting back on my Diet Soda caffeine intake but I am not ready to forgo it for an entire week.

Keep dwindling the intake of diet soda down, soon enough it will be eliminated!

I took me years to build up an exercise habit and I still find it hard to get started some days!

I find exercise actually helps set me up for success the rest of the day - if I work out in the morning I'm more apt to make good choices later because I don't want to counteract all of the work I've put in.

I left Jenny Craig for weight watchers, I needed to be more accountable of what I was actually eating and I missed not cooking.

I think your feelings are very common. For me exercise snow a habit. I struggle with eating healthy and at home. I think we each have our own burdens to bare and issues to conquer.
